A Wi-Fi connection is essential for your iOS device/s to browse the Internet and connect to App Store and iTunes Store. Your Wi-Fi connection will also allow you to use the many features of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. However, if the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to is not listed among the available Wi-Fi networks, follow the steps below:

Connect Your iOS Device to a Hidden Wi-Fi Network
STEP 1: On the Home screen, tap Settings.
STEP 2: Make sure Wi-Fi is set to ON.
STEP 3: Under Choose a Network, tap Other.
NOTE: A hidden Wi-Fi network will not appear in your available wireless network list.
STEP 4: Enter the name of the hidden Wi-Fi network in the Name field, then click the arrow next to Security.
STEP 5: Select the type of security your Wi-Fi network have by tapping one of the options listed, then tap Other Network.
NOTE: In this example, we selected WPA2.
STEP 6: Enter the Wi-Fi password in the Password field, then tap Join.
NOTE: The Wi-Fi password is case sensitive. If you do not know the Wi-Fi password, contact your network administrator.
STEP 7: Once your iOS device is connected, you will see a check mark next to the Wi-Fi network you selected. The Wi-Fi signal will also appear in the status bar located at the top left of your display.
