Saving a FaceTime Call for Later Viewing on Your Mac
If you’re looking for a way to save a FaceTime call on your Mac, you can use QuickTime’s screen recording feature to your advantage. Here’s how:
STEP 1: Open QuickTime on your Mac from your dock or your Applications folder.
STEP 2: Click File in the Menu bar.
STEP 3: Select New Screen Recording.
STEP 4: Click the arrow next to the record button in the QuickTime window.
STEP 5: Choose Internal Microphone from the list of available microphones.
STEP 6: Open FaceTime.
STEP 7: Click the record button in QuickTime.
STEP 8: Click the screen to record your whole screen, or click and drag over the FaceTime window to only record FaceTime.
STEP 9: Start your FaceTime call.
STEP 10: Click the Stop Recording button in the Menu bar.
STEP 11: Click File in the Menu bar, then select Save.
STEP 12: Give your recording a name.
STEP 13: Select the location where you want to save your recording.
STEP 14: Click the Save button.
